Yeast Propagation Equipment

Cassman yeast propagation equipment were uniquely designed to provide craft brewery with safe and reliable supply of fresh propagated yeast. We designed the whole system by SIEMENS program, with skid mounted basement, which is easy to operate. The yeast propagation plant is supplied as a turnkey module, pre-assembled and dry tested from the factory. It can be supplied with a CIP-station and varying levels of automation.
