Conical Fermentation Tank 4000L

Cassman Conical Fermentation tank 4000L are very standard fermenting tanks for brewery, which like pressure testing, inner tank polishing, all the necessary ports etc. Beside this, we also have the special design, like separate cooling jackets controls, which could save the energy, with Stainless steel glycol pipe, sight glass as option at the side of the tank.

All material according to SUS304

Inner Shell: 4mm, SUS304 Stainless Steel.

Outer Shell: 2mm, SUS304 Stainless Steel.

Inner cooling jacket design pressure of 15psi.

25% headspace for the fermenting process.

80mm Thermal Polyurethane Insulation with both cone and shell coolant jackets.

Tank inner side is polished to a 0.4-0.6µm sanitary finish.

Tank outside is 2B Mill or #4 (brushed stainless) stainless steel plate per customer requirement.

Shell and bottom cone cooling jacket for better temperature control.

Pillow Plate on shell body and cone.

Hook outside on the shell for ladders.

Other customization available upon customer request.

Top Mounted or Front Shadowless Manway per customer request.

Vacuum/Pressure combined relief valve.

Racking Arm allows for easy racking arm rotation.

Rotary spray ball within the inner tank for CIP cleaning.

Dedicated 1.5″ Blow Off Arm helps keeps CIP

4″ Dry Hop Port located on top of the vessel.
