10bbl Single Layer Brite Tank

Bright tanks - serving tanks, tax determination tanks or clear beer tanks (=CBTs), bright beer tanks (=BBTs) or maturation or conditioning tanks. These tanks are used for the storage of the beer prior to being served or packaged.

Our Brite Tank available from 100L to 50000L, and the 15% Head space. All tank have a Dish top & bottom, Cylinder body. Certified stainless steel material for all tanks, with 100% TIG welded joints and seams with sanitary interior polish.

All tanks ports can be customized according to customer's requirements. We can custom fabricate any tank to meet your brewery’s space and height restrictions.

• SUS 304 material.

• Net Capacity: 10BBL. (15% head space)

• 4 stainless steel legs with leveling foot pads

• Interior shell: 304 stainless steel, thickness 3mm

• Exterior shell: 304 stainless steel, thickness 2mm

• Interior and exterior finish bright polish to 0.2~0.4μm, hygiene surface

• All Interior welds ground to a smooth 0.2~0.4μm sanitary dished head top and bottom

• Combined drain extensions and beer port are standard

• Top man way or side man way door

• Non welding CIP arm and rotating 360 degree reach spray ball

• Carbonation system with micron stone

• Solenoid valve, pressure relief valve (safe valve) are standard.

• Pressure gauge

• Temperature sensor well

• All clamps and gaskets to attach all accessories

• Tank complete with piping, fittings, sanitary valves and all parts.
