Non Jacketed Brite Tanks

Brite tanks are often used to chill, carbonate and age the beer into the well-rounded craft beverage it is. This mature, clarified beer known as "brite" beer, is what gives the tank its name. Casman supply all size Non Jacket Brite tanks from 1bbl to 100BBL. For small size tanks, we will designed the tanks with trolley and handles, which are easily moved.

• SUS 304 material.

• Net Capacity: 1bbl to 100BBL. (15% head space)

• 4 stainless steel legs with leveling foot pads

• Interior shell: 304 stainless steel, thickness 3mm

• Exterior shell: 304 stainless steel, thickness 2mm

• Interior and exterior finish bright polish to 0.2~0.4μm, hygiene surface

• All Interior welds ground to a smooth 0.2~0.4μm sanitary dished head top and bottom

• Combined drain extensions and beer port are standard

• Top man way or side man way door

• Non welding CIP arm and rotating 360 degree reach spray ball

• Carbonation system with micron stone

• Solenoid valve, pressure relief valve (safe valve) are standard.

• Pressure gauge

• Temperature sensor well
