
Horizontal Serving Tanks
Beer will tapped to serving tanks after beer fermenting, the serving tanks also called brite tanks, bright beer tanks, are the containers structurally identical to maturing tanks. The typical feature of the serving tank is high pressure than fermenter, which is 3.0bar. Because the beer from serving tank will be ready for filling into kegs, bottle or cans. It is necessary to keep beer under a higher pressure than is used in maturing tanks.
