We combined the lauter and whirlpool in one vessel, which means lauter tun on the top and whirlpool underneath, the mash tun is a separate vessel, also work as the brewing kettle. This design will save more space compare the standard two vessels, and it will save you more time if you want to make two-three brews per day.
