● Standard 2 brewing vessels with HLT and 30 BBL HLT.

● Mash/Lauter tun+ Kettle/Whirlpool, All Insulated.

● Various heating methods: steam, gas and oil.

● Steam solenoid valve on each vessels (only for steam heated system).

● 3 sanitary pumps with VFD.

● Glass wort grant with automated pump controls.

● Brewhouse plumbing, valves, sight-glass, heat exchanger, rakes, etc.

● Motor, Gear box, Control Panel, Relays, Grist Hydrator.

● PID controllers or SIEMENS PLC system.

● Work platform with stairs and railing.

● All brewing piping (including piping from HLT to mash-tun).

● All pumps and rakes variable speed for superior fluid control.

Full automatic control system is also available, by the pneumatic valves and Siemens PLC program, the system will highly labor saved.

Details of the System

All tanks are 100% TIG welded, all jackets welding are all full welded and 48 hours pressure testing, ensure no-leaking and long life.
