Equipment Introduction

Firstly, what is an all in one brewing equipment? It is a pilot brewing equipment designed to let you mash, sparge, lauter and boil your wort in the same vessel. Basically, it is a mash/lauter + kettle with a pump, a heating element, and a control panel.

Whichever system you are looking at, they all share the same characteristics. You can easily brew 300 Liters of beer of up to 6-7% alcohol. Bigger systems (500L, 1000L, etc) are also available.

300L all in one brewing equipment is separated into two parts, upper and lower parts. The upper equipment is for mash and lauter. Including top agitator with VFD drive. Wedge filter inside the tank. Sparging and CIP integrated in the tun. And the lower equipment is for Kettle and whirlpool. The kettle is steam hearted or electric heated. An tangential pipe will be put in the tank for recycling and whirlpool, etc.

All in one brewing equipment takes very less room and space. Take a 300L as an example, it takes about 1.5m2. It is very easy to install, operate and do cleaning work by CIP. Thus, the price is very competitive. Normally, 100L, 200L, 300L, 500L, 1000L, etc are available. They can be matched with different size fermenters.
