Direct Fired Brewing Systems

Direct fire brewing system means your heating source is directly under the brew kettle. The heating source can be a firebox below the kettle. When turning the brew kettle heating on, it triggers a solenoid valve allowing the electric ignition of the pilot to light. The heating speed is much fast then steam or electrical. The mash doesn’t need to pumped elsewhere (unlike an electric system). It’s possible to do a decoction boiling or gelatinization rest directly in the mash tun, with the liquid then pumped to the lauter tun.

● Direct Fired Brewing Kettle and a double size HLT (Direct Fired or electric).

● 3 sanitary pumps with VFD.

● Glass wort grant with automated pump controls.

● Brewhouse plumbing, valves, sight-glass, heat exchanger, rakes, etc.

● Motor, Gear box, Control Panel, Relays, Grist Hydrator.

● PID controllers or SIEMENS PLC system.

● Work platform with stairs and railing.

● All brewing piping (including piping from HLT to mash-tun).

● All pumps and rakes variable speed for superior fluid control.

● The Mash/Lauter tun is not heated as this is not possible with a direct heat system.

Equipment warranty includes tank warranty, electric parts warranty, auxiliary parts warranty, etc.

1, Cassman provides 3-5 years warranty for the main tank, 1 year warranty for electrical components and auxiliary parts, etc., and lifetime after-sales service.

2, In order to ensure the normal operation of the brewery, we can provide a separate set of spare parts according to the customer's request, customers can replace parts in case of abrasion damage.
